In this gallery you will find various types of ink:

– liquid black ink in 100ml and 250ml bottles, ready for use.

– ink sticks, the finest quality available on the market. This is the most famous and renowned ink in China, known as ‘Pine Smoke of Yellow Mountain’. Made from pine soot from Yellow Mountain in Anhui province, it is perfectly suited for both painting and calligraphy.

Another traditional element of Chinese and Japanese culture: the suzuri stone. This is a natural slate stone, anthracite in colour. It features a hollowed-out section that acts as a reservoir and a raised section on which the ink stick is rubbed.
