Delivery Times

Products are delivered via Express Courier.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

From the moment the order is placed, the package will be delivered within 48/72 hours. For smaller islands and remote areas, delivery times may vary.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the package will be handed over to the Courier only after confirmation of the payment being received online.

Sumi-e Shop delivers to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. We therefore kindly ask you to carefully check the address entered during the order confirmation process.

Additional Delivery Information

Once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier, an email will be generated containing the tracking number.

The courier is not required to call prior to delivery.

Customers are therefore advised to monitor the shipment status using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated at the time the order is placed.
