Payment Methods

A. Payment by Credit Card

Choose Credit Card (SumUp) as your payment method and pay with all cards bearing the Visa and MasterCard logo. Sumi-e Shop also accepts prepaid credit cards and Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards.

Secure Transactions: every purchase is processed with the highest level of security thanks to the use of advanced technological and encryption systems (SSL) through the SumUp system.

Important: to pay by credit card, you must activate 3D Secure for your card.

3D Secure is the system designed to protect your online purchases through “Verified by Visa” and “Mastercard® SecureCode™”, developed by the international networks Visa and Mastercard.

Activating the 3D Secure service guarantees additional protection for your online purchases, helping to prevent any unauthorized use of your card on the web.

B. Payment with PayPal

You can choose PayPal as your payment method in your cart.

By clicking on SEND YOUR ORDER, after confirming your order details, the PayPal login page will open so you can access your account and complete the payment.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one from the PayPal login page before completing your order.

C. Payment by Bank Transfer

You can choose “Advance Payment by Bank Transfer” as your payment method.

By clicking on SEND YOUR ORDER, after confirming your order details, you will receive an email with the exact amount to be paid and all the necessary details to complete the bank transfer.

The bank transfer must be completed within 6 days from the order date.

If payment is not received by the 10th day, the order will be cancelled.
